You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your authentication credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to process content that contains malware or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

You retain ownership of all content you submit to ActVio.ai, including meeting transcripts, notes, and action items. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit, including meeting transcripts that may contain information from other participants.

ActVio.ai uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to process your transcripts and generate structured notes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You should review all AI-generated output before relying on it for decisions or commitments.

We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Towpath Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
